Location near Beach with parking space, but building INSIDE ans OITSIDE dirty with many shortcomings

Everything was good, except one suggestion for cleaning. All dishes needed to be washed well. The floors needed to be mopped.

If you’re looking for a condo that has everything you need for your stay, this is the place!! The kitchen has every appliance, pan, and utensils you need! This includes nonstick cookware. The kitchen is a decent size, so cooking is easy for one person. It also has a gas range stove. They provide beach towels and a couple of chairs if you need them as well, although they aren’t technically beach chairs, they’ll do. The walk to the boardwalk is probably 100 feet, so not too bad if you’re going to walk. Restaurants, the market, and shopping are literally minutes away. The next time we visit Port A, we will definitely stay here again.

The resort was very quiet, as we went from Monday thru Friday, the week before Memorial day, there were only 3 families there, including us. Easy walk to the beach.
