Whether it’s the beaches, fishing, bird watching, or just relaxing that brings you to North Padre Island, you will love this property. The well-equipped kitchen has a smokeless grill, dishwasher, and a convenient coffee bar with Keurig for brewing either K-cup or ground. Comfortable seating and a smart TV are ready to welcome your casual downtime in the living room between outings. Two of the bedrooms include a TV for added flexibility. All three bedrooms feature access to a balcony. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and washer/dryer on the property. Things to Know Boat docks are available on a 'first-come, first-served' basis. **Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
