Situated in a family-friendly neighborhood just on the other side of the JFK Causeway from Mustang Island, this single-story home offers a convenient and accessible location close to bars, restaurants, bait shops, fishing piers, and off-shore charter services. NAS Corpus Cristi is also just a mile up the road and Texas A&M Corpus Cristi is only six miles away, making this a great choice for families visiting either service members or students. Fenced-in front and backyards offer your choice of sunny outdoor venues. The home comes fully furnished for complete modern comfort, with essentials including a full kitchen, free WiFi, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer. The living room smart TV offers a spot for casual downtime after the day's activities. House Rules Check-in time: 4:00 pm. Check-out time: 10:00 am. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. **Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Loved the house. It had everything you could think of. Furniture was comfortable, the beds were comfortable as well. My husband and boys loved playing the corn hole.

The house is beautiful and the area is quiet. It’s close to beaches and shopping. However there’s a few things that need to be addressed. The bugs, roaches and ants throughout the house was a lot to deal with. Had to throw toothbrushes and other items away. Had to shake out items in suitcases due to roaches in the suitcases. Bugs crawling in the walls of master bathroom and bug in the bed of the master bedroom. The master bed is broken causing whoever is sleeping in it to roll to the center so we didn’t get much sleep. Due to how uncomfortable the bed was due to no support under the bed. Also it cracking every time you moved. The queen size bed was similar in issues. Where the head of the queen bed is the back bedroom, it tilts down. So you sleep with your feet above your head. The couches are filthy. The zipper on the couch with the pull out bed is broken. The cover for the same pillow is nasty. Baskets on the counter has nails in them. That we only found after one of the kids was poked. Luckily it didn’t break the skin. The counters in the kitchen were dirty and the laundry room smelled like mold and mildew. It truly is a beautiful house with lots of potential. Great that it’s close to everything we love and a very quiet area. Just wish it was a bit cleaner and no bugs. Also the WiFi never worked the whole time we were there even when it said we were connected.

1. It was a easy check in and the house was very clean, kitchen seasoning and dishes were well stocked. 2. There is no dining table to accommodate for the family except 2 bar stools for kitchen island. 3. Old and broken couch. 4. No proper cleaning tool (Vacuum) to sweep up sands after beach trip, and long term staying(we stayed for 5 nights) 5. Very great location, close to HEB and Walmart for necessary runs.
