Overall our stay was pretty good. We had some issues getting into the place when we got there, but Vacasa got us squared away quickly. We also were not given a parking permit for the property, but after we called they made sure to bring us one first thing the next morning. The condo was nice, but I feel as though it could have been a the floors did not feel very clean when we arrived. The location was fantastic and suited our needs perfectly.

My wife and I loved staying here. House was clean, comfortable, nice and cold, and is perfect to dock the boat in the canal. Room overlooks the docks and could check on the docked boat at anytime. We'll def start here again.

We stay here usually once a year because of the location and the fact that it's close to the things we like to do. The unit itself is generally quiet, clean and comfortable.This stay, there were a few minor inconveniences that kept us from giving a 5-star rating. The elevator was not functioning the entire time we were here and we were staying on the 3rd floor. Not ideal for 2 people with disabilities to try and haul luggage and other bulky items upstairs. The bathroom sink was clogged and water just pooled the moment you turned it on. It drained very slowly. Lastly, we love the comfort of the bed, but it is so tall and I could barely get in it. I literally had to hike my knee up to my chest and pull-crawl myself into it. As a person with an ostomy, this was difficult, and I wouldn't consider the bed ADA friendly. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. The unit just needs a little TLC to really be a gem.

Pleasantly surprised at how clean and cozy this condo was. It was a good size apartment with everything you need. The building itself is showing its age but inside of the apartment was very nice. Will most likely stay here again.
