Boaters will find on-site moorage with shared boat slips able to accommodate vessels up to 25-feet in length. The sunny interior comes fully furnished for comfort with home essentials including central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. Sip morning coffee and afternoon cocktails while enjoying cooling Gulf breezes on the private balcony. The full kitchen is ready for home cooking and there's seating for the whole family at the table set for six. In the evenings, unwind around the living room fireplace while streaming shows and movies on the smart TV. THINGS TO KNOW **Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

The A/C is effective. The unit can use some help with must smell and needs some repairs but is mostly a great location

The back dock was a big hit for our family along with the pool. Walking distance from the beach and Brewster’s right beside. Great stay we even extended a day they were very helpful. Would def go back but you must have a small vehicle parking is very tight.

The home offers two bedrooms and a location close to beaches so that’s the value in the price and home. AC was not adequate in both bedrooms so I slept on couch since other parts of home were cool. The facility is older but clean which was expected. It is next to a restaurant bar which does get loud late on weekends. Overall good value for the space we needed with some trade offs but the temps in rooms would not have me stay again.

Location was good but the master bedroom was hot had to put a fan in the door way to get air from the living room and the curtains let in all the light it was really bright all night

Overall, I had a good experience. The location is perfect, and the room was well stocked with supplies. My only complaint is the curtains—there are two bright lights outside at night, and even with the curtains closed, the room still feels like daytime. It would be much better if the rooms had thicker curtains to block out the light.
