Great for families

I was very pleased with the location however the place was not clean. I had to kill one spider in the rear bedroom and kill one roach and one spider in the master bedroom. The pull out sofa bed was filthy and when we pulled it out we found dog hair and a dorito bag that was open and had a few chips in it. There was dirt, hair and tradh beind the sofa and beds. The person or company that cleans needs to be trained or fired. This is unacceptable. The side patio door glass was shattered which was noted. I did not feel comfortable leaving cause i feared someone would break in. When we opened the fridge it stunk real bad. The entire place smelled like mildew so we had to spray air freshner. The response i recived was rude when i had messaged a question. The best thing id say was the location and the ac worked. Other than that i would not stay here again and definitely not going to recommend this place to anyone unless the owner/company makes it right. I have photos of my complaints as proof. I will also post this on my google review.

This property was great. Super clean, comfortable, safe space. Location was perfect travel time to beaches

It's a comfortable place

We made a short trip to North Padre Island to participate in the Big Shell Beach clean-up. We needed a place to spend the night before for an early start and a convenient place to rest and clean up afterward. The colorful cottage was convenient, clean, and accessible with all the comforts of home.
