Saltwater Serenity at the Reserve

This property is absolutely beautiful and looks exactly like the photos. The view is breathtaking—we had rain for much of our stay, but we still loved spending time looking out over the water. The pool was one of the main reasons we chose this home, and it exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect size, and we especially loved being able to relax in the pool while enjoying the waterfront view. The interior decor is stunning. As someone who loves home design, I was so impressed by how thoughtfully and beautifully the home was decorated. Every space felt welcoming, stylish, and comfortable. The layout worked perfectly for our family. Having three bathrooms allowed each family group—grandma, mom and two kids, and mom and dad with a baby—to have their own space and privacy. The upstairs living area was a huge hit with our teenage son, and the TVs in every bedroom as well as both living spaces gave everyone the opportunity to unwind however they wanted. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked. We rent vacation homes every year, and we’ve never stayed anywhere with a kitchen as thoughtfully equipped as this one. It truly had everything we needed for cooking and gathering together. Overall, this home felt like a dream. Beautiful, comfortable, well-appointed, and perfectly set up for families. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return year after year. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The property is great. Even being next to the neighborhood pool you couldn’t hear them at all. The view was great. We do have some feedback of just offering some child proofing on the exterior doors to the house. The property literally puts a picture of how to open and the lock the doors on the doors so kids can see. Zero child proofing options for night time made it hard to relax. We did notify upon check in that the running water was yellow/brownish. They said they would check on it and we never heard anything. It did improve towards the end but no follow up from Vacasa during our stay.

Loved the decor and pool! Plenty of towels and dishes, games, etc. my family had an amazing time!!!

Best vacasa home I have stayed at nothing to complain about highly recommend this home.
