KITCHEN & DINING Whip up family favorites in the kitchen, equipped with a double-basin sink, refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, and coffee maker. When it’s time to eat, convene around the large kitchen bar with seating for eight. BEDROOMS & BATHS This stilted home sleeps up to eight guests in two bedrooms. Find comfort in the master bedroom, furnished with a full-size bed and a 40” flat-screen TV. The guest bedroom is outfitted with two twin-over-twin bunk beds, a twin-over-full bunk bed, and a 43” flat-screen TV. The bathroom is configured with a gorgeous custom vanity as well as a tub/shower combination and comes stocked with a complimentary starter supply of toiletries and bath amenities. A full outdoor bathroom with a shower is located off the carport. OUTDOOR AREAS Sizzle steaks and veggies on the gas grill and dine alfresco at the picnic table, located off the carport. An outdoor kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, sink, and ample counter space. Have hours of fun splashing in your own private unheated pool (5’ at the deepest), featuring a shallow entry area ideal for younger swimmers. Soak up the sun on four poolside loungers. Kids will love the outdoor playhouse, creatively fashioned under the stairs. An additional picnic table with seating for eight is located on the covered back porch. Trailer/boat parking is available in the adjacent lot. This property includes a tankless water heater (your group will never run out of hot water) as well as a natural gas grill.
