Bright and updated, the interior features high ceilings and an open layout designed for family get-togethers. The kitchen is equipped with all major appliances for home cooking and there's seating for up to four at the dining table. Any casual downtime at home can be. enjoyed in the living room with streaming available on the smart TV. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. There is also boat and/or jet ski parking available at the home. THINGS TO KNOW **Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Excellent Stay. Check-in was easy. The property's location was great. Easy access to and from main highway. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Quick access to Market St which leads to all restaurants and site seeing. Received deliveries from HEB, Walmart, Grubhub and Amazon with no issues. The home was very nice and clean. Decorated nicely. Plenty of room in the kitchen, which was furnished well. Dining and living areas were roomy. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great and most importantly comfortable. Family wanted to add another day when we got there...lol. Nice TV's in all main areas and Wifi is great (Big on Wifi). Back yard is great. Fenced well for your pups. Outdoor seating in both back yard and car port. Was having coffee and looked up and saw two peacocks in the front yard...pretty cool. Will definitely stay again here soon. Nice family getaway location.
