Everyone's favorite recipes can be prepared in the pristine kitchen, complete with quartz countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. While dinner simmers, perch at the island bar. A lovely dining area welcomes shared meals and conversation. Out on the covered deck, enjoy a beverage while watching the peaceful water views reflect the setting sun. THINGS TO KNOW Occupancy and parking are strictly enforced. Guests in violation will be removed. Boat trailers do not count as a vehicle and must be parked in the driveway of the unit. The vehicle that has been displaced by the trailer must be parked at overflow parking on the island or at the community park. Weddings, parties, and RVs are not permitted on-site.

This condo was quiet and peaceful providing a perfect place to recover from a few stressful months. It was well equipped with everything we could need. The Reserve has a lovely pool and walking trails by the water!

The Reserve is a nice community and peaceful place to stay. Unfortunately the unit itself was a disappointment. Cleaning was not done well. There was a dirty sock from a previous stay stuck in the sofa. Guest bathroom had a dirty towel and a toy in the vanity drawer. Sugar ants all over the counters and walls in the kitchen. Overall a very worn looking unit with missing flooring/ broken door stoppers/ broken bathroom towel rod/worn & scratched pots and pans. Had to buy a small pan because I wouldn’t use what was there. Local VACASA rep brought a can of Raid and liquid ant bait for us to use. There’s a reason this unit is the least expensive to rent. We won’t come back to this unit.

We loved our stay. It was such a quiet, peaceful private resort. The dock right behind provided easy accessibility to paddle board and fish. Boardwalk connects from the pier to every house providing a nice scenic walk. The community areas with the hammocks and grills were very convenient also.

This home was in a beautiful and quiet community on the water. Our family loved the property, but also the town of Rockport. The people were friendly and the little shops and boutiques downtown were so fun to visit. We will definitely be back

This is our third stay at the Reserve, each time staying in different homes. We loved the townhome we stayed in this time, everything was immaculate as always and all the information we needed during our stay was provided beforehand.
