Inside you'll find a bright interior with lots of natural light and a warm feeling of welcome throughout the place. With an open floor plan, the kitchen, living area, and dining area are adjacent to each other, so there's no missing out on the conversation. Host a movie night on the large TV, or prepare grand meals or beach picnic snacks in the full kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and a floating island breakfast bar. There is a bistro table and chairs available on the front porch. With three comfortable bedrooms, there's room for everyone. The main bedroom is the epitome of comfort, with a TV and a beautiful en suite bathroom equipped with a double-sink vanity and spacious walk-in shower. No boats or trailers This home has parking for 1 vehicle. There is additional parking near the community pool. **Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
