Inside, the open floor plan seamlessly combines all living spaces into one - perfect for entertaining! Wind down in the living area as you stream a favorite movie or show on the smart TV with streaming and cable, or put on the chef's apron and surprise your loved ones with their favorite recipes prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen enjoys all stainless steel appliances and a Nespresso coffee maker. Additional perks include a washer/dryer and TVs in both bedrooms. House Rules Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Streaming is available using your own accounts. The first floor of the home is elevated and requires stairs to access. **Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
