    We have stayed in this condo before, but this visit was completely unacceptable. When we arrived, we found visible mold throughout the condo—not just in one area, but on walls, ceilings, vents, and other surfaces. Why didn’t housekeeping report this? There were also multiple housekeeping and maintenance issues, including sandy floors and countertops, a moldy shower curtain, no hot water at the kitchen sink, and high shower water pressure. We reported the condition immediately, but despite the management company advertising 24/7 service, no one came to help. We followed up the next morning and never received a response or any follow-up during our stay. The amount of mold we saw was extensive and clearly did not develop overnight. We cannot understand how this condo was cleaned, inspected, or rented in this condition. After returning home, we were told the mold had been “cleaned,” but given what we witnessed, we have serious doubts that the underlying problem was properly addressed. We received no meaningful resolution, no compensation, and eventually no communication at all. We cannot recommend staying here at #303. Until the mold and moisture issues are professionally remediated, we believe this property should not be rented to guests. Our family will not be returning!

    Room was nice and clean and the view was amazing. Bed was super comfy, AC worked great. Shower pressure is so strong you could literally lose a nipple, BEWARE! WiFi works best if the receiver is pulled out of the TV stand cubby. Bathroom is stocked with shampoo/conditioner, body/hand soaps, blow dryer…wish these would have been stated in the list of items provided so I wouldn’t have had to pack them. Two of the three beach chairs were rusted out and collapsed, and there were no beach towels or umbrella provided. Highly recommend a golf cart rental so you don’t have so far to walk for food. Overall, great experience and a very relaxing weekend.
