Also off this space, you'll find a private washer/dryer - perfect for refreshing your vacation garb in. As the sun begins to set over the water, head outside and fire up the gas grill before dining alfresco with the people who mean the most to you. Sleep, dream, and repeat amidst the high-quality linens and central air-conditioning back inside. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM You must check in at the Long Island Village Resort Center to pay for vehicle passes (two vehicles maximum) and wristbands. This is a $110 admission fee that will be paid directly to the Long Island Village HOA on arrival and is not included in your fees. The Welcome Center will be closed on Sundays. All guests and renters arriving on Sundays may check in at the Guard Shack, which is staffed and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Security will also be available to assist with any questions or concerns. **** Please note, Texas weather brings pesky insects, and while we strive to ensure your stay is as pleasurable as possible, we are not able to control the elements that attract insects to the outdoor/indoor areas. All properties do utilize pest control maintenance regularly, BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. ** The host does not guarantee stable wifi services at all times during your stay. This may also affect streaming services for televisions. NO PARTY POLICY: This home maintains a strict no-party and no-spring break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund.
