The modern, fully updated kitchen – with a pressed tin backsplash – offers everything the chef needs to cook up a masterpiece. Grab a barstool at the kitchen island, or step outside to dine alfresco on the deck. At the end of a fun day, make yourself comfortable in the recliner and stream your favorite shows…or call it a night in what’s sure to be one of the most unique bedrooms you’ve ever slept in – think 'treehouse modern.' A comfortable queen bed features four thick ropes instead of banisters, and a landscape painted behind the bed helps set the treehouse scene. Nice lovely cozy beach house close enough to see the waves and walking distance not bad at all. House has everything in it you could use. Tankless water heater is a plus for having some shower beers inside or outside shower. Two person copper tub was enjoyable. Electric charbroil grill on patio. Offset smoker in back corner of yard. Whole house was clean. We have a service dog and were told unless the animal is physically trained to help with a disability they are not allowed even with licensed papers. Just fyi before trying. Arrived a few hours early, pulled into the empty driveway, messaged about early check in to receive a message saying Early check-in is complimentary when available and cannot be requested or guaranteed. You will be notified by SMS between 12 and 3 PM on arrival day if your home is ready earlier than the standard 4 PM check-in. So even though I pulled into an empty house early check in wasn’t allowed so consider not getting there earlier. Would for sure stay again

This is our 4th year returning. This house is a perfect location, beach accessible, away from crowds. More places to eat and get groceries! My husband and I enjoy the amenities and how receptive Vacasa is on improving on suggestions !

Cozy home just a very short walk to palm beach. Only minutes away from drive on beaches. Close enough to the Seawall to enjoy the limelight, but far away enough to relax and avoid the hustle and bustle of Galveston. Enjoyed the large copper soaking tub. Would highly recommend. We will definitely return for another stay. Great price, much better than any hotel you could get at a comparable price. Also nice to have washer and dryer.
