As soon as you step inside, you’ll be welcomed by a bright interior, beachy vibes, and a spacious layout that’s perfect for gathering and entertaining. Recent 2024 interior updates include a new couch, recliners, and refreshed wall décor. You won’t have to sacrifice any comforts of home, with a lovely living area featuring plush furnishings and a flatscreen TV. The full kitchen is spacious and well-equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite vacation meals. A private washer and dryer add extra convenience, whether you’re heading to the beach or exploring all that Rockport has to offer. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Beach towels are available for each guest. Snowbird-Friendly. There is a BBQ pit for guest use. **Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Clean and well appointed home. Had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, furniture was clean, air conditioning was great and kept the place cool. Is it close to the road, yes. Was there road noise? Also yes. However, if that is an issue for you, there are noise machines that are tiny and effective. The pool was beautiful and a short walk from the unit. Pool towels were provided.

Very clean. Has what a family or small group needs for a short term rental. Only complaint is it’s very close to a busy road, so you can hear road traffic in the morning from the bedrooms. No views of anything interesting. In a neighborhood of a few hundred homes that look exactly the same. No beach in walking distance.

The location of this house was great. The pool down the street is a wonderful amenity that is hard to find in Rockport. The furniture is comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked if you want to cook at home. The floors were pretty dirty and hadn't been mopped for some time upon arrival and the bathtubs were dirty as well. Several of the kitchen utensils and pots had old food on them. The lack of cleanliness definitely took away from the experience, but overall the place is nice.
