Set in a quiet and secluded neighborhood, you’ll love quick access to the shared firepit and fishing dock with a cleaning station, just steps from your back door! Inside, find a pristine open kitchen, dining, and living space, as well as contemporary furnishings, and a primary suite featuring a private balcony with relaxing water views. Whip up delectable dishes in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with a large center island and direct access to the furnished back patio. Kick back and relax in the living room and watch TV or simply admire the majestic views. THINGS TO KNOW Occupancy and parking are strictly enforced. Guests in violation will be removed. Boat trailers do not count as a vehicle and must be parked in the driveway of the unit. The vehicle that has been displaced by the trailer must be parked at overflow parking on the island or at the community park. Weddings, parties, and RVs are not permitted on-site. A double sofa bed and twin bed in the loft offer extra sleeping spaces. Please note, parts of St. Charles Bay Reserve are currently under construction. **Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
