Ya me he hospedado varias veces aquí pero esta vez que reservé este apartamento no me agradó mucho en la limpieza del baño y no había cubiertos para comer espero la próxima vez esté mucho mejor el servicio

Very close to the beach.

The floor was coming up in multiple places including in the kitchen area and bathroom, which you can not see due to OLD photos of the room. This is a trip hazard, but not nearly a hazard as the multiple exposed electrical sockets missing covers. Or the scalding hot water, especially in combination with a broken shower handle. It is unsafe for your family, especially if you have little ones. The property does have a good location and one of the lowest prices in the area, but after staying and looking at previous reviews, it seems I'm not the only person who's had an issue here. It is in serious need of maintenance and I definitely would not recommend.

This was the worse experience ever renting for a vacation!! The room was filthy the floors were sticky and made our feet black so we could not walk barefoot! The shower was not cleaned the ac was broke and had to be fixed after half a day we couldn’t be in the room it was so hot! Then when the people who came to fix the ac when we were gone smoked some horrible smelling skunk weed, and stunk the whole unit up ! I will never bring my family back and never recommend staying in a place so poorly ran! Worst experience ever!!!

The view from the balcony and it's a nice clean property that we seen of it to stay at.

I've been staying at cas.del mar since 2000 & never have I had a dirty room the floor was so dirty we had to wear socks & the bottom of them where black also the shower was not clean we had to clean it!!
