A home is beautiful. The view is beautiful. The short distance to the beach was very nice.

Very lovely condo!! Our family enjoyed staying here!! The beds were very comfortable. A couple of things to note. Very limited pots and pans, sofabed was very hard on the back, even for a child and does not provide any seasoning, so take your own. Property is very well kept! We've stayed before at the property and it is very nice. First time staying in this condo and it is well kept!!!

The space was a lot nicer than I thought! We went Sun-Tue and it was so peaceful, not really any guest or noise at the time. The pool area leads right to the beach as well so it wasn’t a hassle to drive. The hotel provides things like baskets to help with luggage and groceries!

The Mayan Princess may be one of the oldest condo facilities on Port Aransas. This unit we stayed in was very beautifully updated. The 'wet room' shower/bath was very nice - easy to walk into and a non slip floor with 2 shower heads. I usually ask for a handicapped bath in hotels and this one was great, even without bars on the wall (though I could not use the tub it too looked quite nice). The kitchen was missing one drawer, which kind of ruined the whole look - but everything was very clean and accessible. Would we stay there again? Yes. And we would recommend it too. The lady at the front desk told us it was the only Vacasa unit in the Mayan Princess. We have visited Port A each year for 40+ years. This was the first time we had stayed at the Mayan Princess.
