It's old, but sowe'll taken care of, and perfect! All you need is food and drink. Very short walk to the beach. We will no doubt stay again! (Shabby blinds need replacement is only complaint at all.)

We would’ve liked to have seen more cooking equipment. Going to the coast, we like to steam crab and cook other seafood. Things like crab crackers, and a steamer basket would’ve been ideal. Also, no wine glasses. Otherwise it’s a great place and was in good condition. Great location.

This condo is located in a great location in Banyan Beach! Easy and close access to the beach, close enough to the center of town, without being right in the middle of it all!

We spent very little time in the unit, however the unit was clean and close to the beach. My son did enjoy the pool for a little while and I liked that it had two entrances. The unit is older so some cosmetic updating could be done but overall not a bad spot. It was quiet at night and your far enough away from the hustle and bustle.

When you open the door, it looks just like your pictures. All the photos are spot on. With that being said, I did notice that the couch is definitely used and abused, and the pullout portion was stuck to where it wouldn’t go in. I didn’t need it so I just did not sit on that hump. The building itself is in need of repairs. But that is the the ocean air which is expected. The bathroom ceiling needs to be repaired. There’s water spots and pieces missing. The bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. It was very nice. Aside from just the oldness of the building and the repairs inside it was a great place to stay. And I would book it again.
