Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. **Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Great location! Room sizes were great! Water pressure not the best but nice bathrooms. Recommend walking on sidewalk there are dips in the grass lol

I reported issues on the lack of cleanliness upon check in. Dead bugs everywhere and I was the one to clean it up! Was promised a refund of the cleaning fee ($200) and have not received. New live bugs were present throughout our stay even though we were told the house was sprayed. Ant/bugs on the bed, too! I left the house cleaner than we found it. I couldn’t wait to leave! Very poor customer service. Will not recommend this property or management given the poor customer service we received. Pros: good WiFi; spacious; near HEB and McDonald’s (walking distance); they provided all the necessary cleaning supplies. Cons: dead bugs upon arrival and new live bugs (cockroach, spider, etc.) appeared throughout our stay even though we were told the house was sprayed for bugs; did not receive $200 cleaning fee (I cleaned the house since it was so dirty, we couldn’t live in the condition that we found it in); bugs in the bed; no exhaust in the kitchen when cooking; fruit flies.

This was a very nice, clean, recently renovated space. It is a great location being approximately equidistant to the beach and downtown Corpus. The neighborhood is a bit transitional but the house is right on Airline so you don't really enter the neighborhood to access the house. In spite of the fact that Airline is a major road the house was very quiet and pleasant. Overall, a great value!

This was a great home to stay in while we visited our son. He lived just down the road so location was great. It was clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed.
