Beautiful Whitecap Beach is an easy stroll down the road, allowing to you to spend long, relaxing days surfing, kayaking, and swimming in the Gulf of Mexico. This studio makes the ideal coastal getaway, with grounds that include a heated swimming pool, a hot tub, a fitness center, and a gas grill for your use. Head up to Mustang Island State Park for the day (seven miles), explore the local dining and entertainment options, or simply relax and enjoy the coastal breeze on your balcony. After a day out and about, come home to sip cold drinks on the balcony or cool off indoors in the blissful central air conditioning. The studio is equipped with all of the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including a living room with a smart TV, a kitchen with every essential for preparing your own meals, and complimentary WiFi to keep you comfortable and connected. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. There is no washer/dryer. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. **Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
