We loved this vacation rental and will definitely look into staying at the same location on our next trip. The condo was clean and equipped with everything we needed during our stay. While the property itself is older, we were very comfortable during our stay. The pool was nice and being able to walk across the street to the beach was perfect! 10/10!

Nice tiny place, close to the beach. Walking distance to the Sandbox Bar. Had a cute little kitchen that we would have used if we stayed longer. We would stay again. Thank you for the hospitality !

It seems like the condo needed some TLC, we stayed at this condo a couple of years ago and it was great back then but it seems nothing changed and the effort to keep it clean and updated was not happening. There was hair all over the couches. There was no vacuum so that we could clean them, so we had to put sheets down to sit on them. The couches seemed hard but that was due to the boards place under the cushions. The toaster was missing a crumb catcher on one side that caused a mess when we pulled it out. There was no additional trash bag for the kitchen sink. The outside was covered in bird poop and there were about 10 pigeons that just hung around outside. I checked other units and it was not an issue, I think the neighbor was feeding them.

I would not recommend this property to anyone. When we arrived, we immediately discovered visible mold in the unit. This is a serious health concern, and because of it, we were unable to stay there at all. We contacted the host right away and provided clear evidence of the issue. Despite the fact that the unit was uninhabitable, we were only refunded $227, which doesn’t even come close to the total amount we paid or the additional cost we had to cover for last-minute alternative accommodations. The response from the host and VRBO was completely inadequate for the circumstances. This experience was stressful, inconvenient, and unacceptable. I strongly advise future guests to be cautious when booking this property.
