Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. The house was clean and very spacious so that you couldn’t even hear people on the other floors. Plenty of space to stretch out. The home had all of the amenities you’d want or need. It was close to everything that we wanted to do too.

Enjoyed our stay and the back deck. I liked walking down the driveway towards street to get a nice view of mountains/hills surrounding. Children enjoyed the game room

​Pros: Having access to the garage was a huge plus, making this a great spot for motorcycles. It's in an excellent location close to Laconia. The washer and dryer worked well, and the checkout process was incredibly easy with minimal effort required on our part. ​Cons: The cleanliness definitely fell short. The stove needed a good scrub, the yard was unkept, and the deck was covered in straw and leaves. Additionally, the garage floor was very dirty, and the mini air conditioner air filters were absolutely filthy. ​Note to host: It would be very helpful to include a manual or clear instructions for operating the air conditioning

Great stay. Comfortable and clean. 10 minutes to Gunstock for great skiing and close to Funspot for a fun day off! Highly recommend!
