PLEASE READ: Motorcycles, RVs, Boats, Trailers are prohibited by the HOA and fines of $500 will be assessed for any violators. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Boats, trailers, motorcycles, and RVs are prohibited on the community grounds. Air-conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home.

This house was in a wonderful community with a private beach, large seating areas on the lake, and sports courts. We played pickleball several times. The house itself was perfect and had a screened in patio and a spacious deck with partial views of the lake. We spent a lot of down time enjoying the back deck; as an end unit it felt fairly private. The living space of the house was spacious and well decorated. The kitchen was stocked with necessities including sponges, dish detergent and garbage bags. The bedrooms were spacious and the master bed was comfortable. Ther were plenty of extra pillows, sheets, blankets and towels and wash clothes. Having 1.5 baths and a washing machine was also convenient. We LOVED the location of this community - a short 1-2 minute walk to the lake, 10 minutes from Mt. Major and Gunstock and just 10-15 minutes from stores and Weirs Beach. Alton and Meredith are maybe 20 minutes away. It was very convenient for morning hikes and afternoons on the water (either boat or swimming). We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect condo for my family of 4 with teenage boys. Beautiful view of Lake Winnipesaukee and the mountains on safe and well maintained grounds. Clean home with nice decor, good wifi and TV. We appreciated the comfy furniture, well stocked kitchen, and nice appliances. Kids loved the bunk beds, board games, and the access to the lake. The lake beach area was a decent size and there's access to a pool. AC units kept it cool on the hot summer days, and the complex is close to attractions and restaurants in the area. We loved our stay and are planning our next stay in the winter and next summer.
