Lake Waukewan Chalet

The scenic view of the lake was worth it. The lake is beautiful and clean. We had fun with provided kayaks and the hammock was a nice touch. Enjoyed reading hanging from the majestic pines. Enjoyed a nice bonfire overlooking the lake each evening. The house is decent. A bit older and worn like a cabin on the lake is. Had some trouble with getting in. The door code machine was broken. Got in touch with someone to help. They will be fixing it. Also informed them of strong urine smell in loft that they said they would rectify. We spent most of our time outside. Loved the area!

We had a lovely stay here. We Loved the wall of windows looking out over the lake as well as the deck and the outdoor sitting area. The water was so clean. We enjoyed paddling around the lake and swimming. The private dock was also nice. I appreciated that the grill worked well and there was even a back up propane tank just in case. A lovely lake vacation.

Lots of beds and seating (both indoor and outdoor) for a big family. Quiet and beautiful setting with direct lake access.

From the sunrise to the eagles and loons, just a wonderful place to relax!!

The view here is everything. A wall of windows over-looking the lake greets you. This house is just 5 minutes from Merideth, but feels like a secluded hide away. We spent most of our time here outside on the deck enjoying the views or making use of the kayaks. The house itself is well stocked and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved direct access to the lake, dark skies, canoes on site, the firepit was really neat, and the rocking chase lounge was really neat. The house itself was nice. Loved that they provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
