Captivating Patrician Shores Cottage

Location was good in between Meredith and Center Harbor. Very quiet.

The space was clean and inviting. Beds were comfy and there was lots of closet space. Five of us stayed there with no problems.

This is a great find. It has plenty of room for the 8 people it allows while feeling spacious. It has three bedrooms plus a loft bed that we didn’t even use because it’s only accessible by a ladder. No air conditioning but all of the bedrooms had fans so it wasn’t a problem. Then there’s the remodeled garage that has a pull out couch and that’s like a whole separate room that is cooler than the rest of the house. There are books in multiple rooms we enjoyed reading and games in a closet. Plenty of clean towels and bedding in every bedroom. We very much enjoyed our stay here. There’s lots of seating and places in the house to lounge and outside has a great front porch to sun on and there’s chairs and seating in the back where it’s mostly all in the shade next to the creek so bring bug spray. Easy walk to the private beach with crystal clear water! We hope to be back!

I currently live and am raising a family in Pennsylvania. I grew up in Sandwich. Being able to share a piece of my childhood and see my family fall in love with the area brings me so much peace and happiness. I will be booking year after year for as long as I possibly can. Thank you for opening your home and sharing such a beautiful place with myself and family. We are so blessed and grateful to be able to have these little getaways and watch life slow down for just a little bit.

Want to keep how wonderful this place is to ourselves! The house is cozy but spacious at the same time, peaceful and close enough to town. Lake access was easy, very nice beach. House had everything we could need. Check in/out was refreshingly easy. Will love to come back!
