Overview

On the grounds, enjoy an outdoor pool, a lighted tennis court, and courts for basketball, volleyball, and shuffleboard (with sports equipment available to rent from the front desk). You'll be an easy walk from live performances at Bank of NH Pavilion and a quick drive from boat launches, hiking trails, golf courses, and the slopes of Gunstock Mountain Resort. Greet sunny mornings outside on your third-floor balcony, a lovely spot to linger with breakfast, a hot mug of coffee, and a view looking out across the treetops. Double sets of glass balcony doors bring the sunlight inside as well, creating an inviting space to cook in the open kitchen, read on the sofa, or set up a board game at the breakfast bar. There are cable TVs in both the living room and bedroom, as well as a full bathroom with a jetted tub to soothe your tired muscles after a day of adventure. Things to Know PLEASE READ: Motorcycles, RVs, Boats, Trailers are prohibited by the HOA and fines of $500 will be assessed for any violators. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Very clean, well-maintained resort with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Clean swimming pool and beach access to lake Winnipesaukee and also a lit walking path to the Bank of NH Pavilion. We would highly recommend resort.

Misty Harbor is a great facility. The unit was good for 2 people, neat, tidy, comfortable, essentials all there. The grounds are quiet, well kept with a great walking path to the pavillion for concerts. Very nice beach area and pool.

Everything was wonderful. We enjoyed our stay, and especially the location for our concert at the pavilion. The property was as described and we enjoyed having the space, especially the balcony and kitchen. A great addition would be a dishwasher or better clarification in check out steps as it referred to one in the Vacasa check out procedures. I wasn’t aware of the lack of one until check out so I made sure to save time to wash what we used :) Also, the ceiling fan and light were not functioning in the bedroom. While we had someone come out right away to look at the fan, he assured us that someone would be by the next day to replace the fan. While it was not too big of a deal, unfortunately, no one contacted us to fix it. Not having a fan in the bedroom made it so that we could not shut the divider for privacy in order for the bedroom to be air-conditioned since the unit was in the living room. Also, there was no overhead light or lamp in the bedroom.

The space was comfortable and well.stocked with comforts to use the kitchen, etc. conveniently located and quiet. We will definitely recommend and stay here again

This condo was perfect for vacation especially if you like to go to concerts, it close to everything and the private beach was awesome me personally I would book this place in a heartbeat

Couch was nice and the large tv. I couldn’t get bedroom one to work bc remote wouldn’t work.
