Friendly neighbors. Nice fire pit and seating area outside. Beach was really nice. Open kitchen/livingroom spacious and cute.

The cleanliness was good, and I love a house that’s already been lived in, specially with children. Everything in and around the house was nice. Cons: Lots of pine needles. Was looking forward to using the fire pit but was absolutely impossible due to the needles. Also it AC window units you have to install if you need AC. Which you do because it still gets 90+ degrees inside NH.
