We timed the weather well and had a fantastic stay at this little rustic cabin. The lake access and view from the back porch are just awesome...we're missing that view every day. If you want modern amenities, namely A/C, this is not the cabin for you. The central location between Alton Bay, Laconia, and Gilford is great with many good food options. The zip line adventure at Gunstock, which is only about 10 minutes away from this cabin, was breathtaking. Overall, we really enjoyed are stay here, and highly recommend it for the right renter.

The house was rustic and had plenty of space for 6 adults to find privacy. The porch and dock were the best to enjoy the scenery. We absolutely loved our stay!

Wonderful views! Great dock. Great location. The cabin is a classic and charming - a very "lake-y" casual place that is basically unchanged from your grandmother's (great grandmother's?) time except for a few modern necessities like a microwave and a coffee maker. There is no heat, so bring layers! Very convenient to everything. The Mexican restaurant at the top of the hill has excellent food.
