THINGS TO KNOW ***Pool is temporarily closed for the 2026 season for repairs*** PLEASE READ: Motorcycles, RVs, Boats, Trailers are prohibited by the HOA and fines of $500 will be assessed for any violators. Quiet hours are strictly enforced. This condo association has a strict no motorcycle or trailer policy and violators are towed and condo owners are fined.

Quiet. Centrally located.

Really enjoyed our time at Samoset. The property was spacious and clean. It was well equipped and we did not want for nothing. The fridge was bit too loud and the master bedroom door kept locking itself but it was easy to unlock, so not an issue overall. You get squirrels right outside of your window, we even got two deer once. You are really in nature and it's amazing.

Great place to stay, lots of space, well appointed kitchen, and perfectly located to get to a lot of towns along the lake. Note: there is no AC on the main floor, only upstairs.
