Click into your bindings for the winter where you'll find downhill groomers and plenty of opportunities to catch air in the terrain park. Not to mention, this getaway sits close to the ski area at Gunstock Mountain (downhill skiing, cross country ski center, and tubing) and close to the towns of Laconia and Plymouth. If you're looking to shop and dine, take a drive south to the Tanger Outlets just 14 miles away. And along the way, you'll find Pirates Cove for miniature golf and multiple regular-size golf courses. The location could not have been more perfect to attend a concert and to walk across the street for swimming in Lake Winnipesaukee. Keep in mind the unit is on the top floor so better for guest who can climb stairs with ease.

I love that I got there at four and nothing was cleaned towels and sheets thrown in the corner never cleaned although a message came through said your room is ready. Tried calling the number to get another room or something after an hour and a half still nothing they could really do for me except switch me for one room tonight to another room tomorrow with a four-year-old child. It was pretty unacceptable and they need to spend some money and update this room because it’s junk.

The pavilion was only steps away so very convenient.

The unit is small but sufficient for two people. The unit is in the back building so its too far to see the lake from the balcony. Although it is listed as a second floor unit, the site doesn't mention there's a ground floor so its like a third floor unit. With no elevator there were too many stairs to climb.
