House needs a lot of work though - beds uncomfortable, kitchen not well supplied (bring your own oven pans and mitts). Nice pool table

Clean, lots of space for 10 people and 2 dogs. We made Thanksgiving dinner and having 2 kitchens made everything run smoothly. The view was stunning and everything suited our needs.

We stayed there with 10 people, 5 couples. We were glad we found a house somewhat near Lynden where we could all stay together. Master suite is massive! All 3 bedrooms on main floor are nice. Large open area fit our needs well.

There were a few things that we expected to use but they were broken- hot tub and main fridge.

Our family had a very mixed experience with this house. On the plus side, the view is gorgeous, the house was clean, the kitchen easy to work in. The dining room had seating for 6 but we were able to pull in the plastic table and chairs in the garage to allow the 14 of us room to eat together. The beds are comfortable enough although the pillows were not. The negative issues included the hot tub being inoperable (we were informed a few days prior to arrival.) When compensation was requested – the hot tub was a prime reason we booked the house - three different people said someone would get back to me and no one did. Upon arrival, we discovered the BBQ and fridge in the main kitchen weren't working. Two hours later, I was informed via text from Vacasa about the fridge. When asked when it would be fixed, they only said it would not be that day and offered no plan. I had rented this home partly due to two fridges as we needed the space to store food for an off-site event. No help or timeline was offered. It took significant effort to arrange for food to be stored at two other houses of friends staying 25 minutes away. I realize these things happen but it was not handled well. Compensation was offered after again being asked a few times and they did then follow through quickly.

The Positives- This house is gorgeous, the views are awesome the deck is huge, chairs outside are great for morning coffee, the living room is spacious with great windows, tall ceilings, the pool table was fun, beds are comfortable. The Negatives- House had some major cleanliness issues we reached out on the day of arrival and the day we left with no resolution, the hot tub was empty so it couldn't be used, we weren't able to access the house through the door codes, one of the back bedroom doors was broken so it couldn't be locked so we were able to get in that way, no one dare go in the Jacuzzi tub in master the water ran tan and jets were pretty dirty. This house is beautiful, but in the condition It was in when we stayed there It was not worth what we paid but it easily could be if the issues are addressed.
