The house was clean and comfortable seating in the living room. Unfortunately they still have not addressed the complaints about the beds. One bed is soft and feels like it is broken in the middle. The other bed is so hard it feels like cement or wood not a mattress. The kitchen is stocked ok and having the two bathrooms is a benefit. The house doesn’t have water/beach access but water access is close by. There are issues with the dining room bench is missing support. If the beds were comfortable we would have rated the place higher.

We’ve stayed at the location multiple times. It’s clean, comfortable and has an amazing view of the bay.

It took us almost an hour to get into this house because of lockbox and codes to get into the front door. The landscaping front and back has weeds 4 feet tall that don’t show in the pictures of the advertisement. The house has an odor, no matter how much you air it out. All the furniture is hand me down stuff. There is no coffee there. We’ve stayed at dozens of vacation homes and this is definitely one of the worst. I would not recommend you even wasting your time over here until they make some serious changes.
