Fountain District Bungalow

Outside was sad but inside was exactly as described. Spacious and VERY clean. We enjoyed our stay except for one thing. Temps outside in the 80's and the home was VERY hot and stuffy. Even with windows open still too warm to sleep, or even sit on the couch to visit.. After the first night of no sleep we went to Target and bought a fan. Really needed a fan in each bedroom. It was a wonderful stay but if you visit in the summer, make sure to bring fans.

The second floor living space has great sun exposure and a big area to spread out and relax. Unlike the first floor, it doesn’t suffer from any nasty smells.

Large space with plenty of room. The full kitchen with all the basic equipment was great and having two dining areas was helpful for us. The rumpus room upstairs was HUGE but had no bed even though there was a bathroom. We had already been traveling for over a week so the washer and dryer were super helpful! Great and walkable neighborhood with friendly neighbors.

Very walkable neighborhood. The home was very clean, lots of space, and decorated well. Only negative was no coffee maker. Either byo French press or keurig cups!

House clean, good firm but comfortable mattresses, and as described except the following amenities: Only a keurig coffee maker with reusable pods for loose coffee that only sort of work. So bring your own coffee maker/instant of choice. TV allows for streaming of services you can log into but none provided.
