didn’t love being rudely barged in on at 10am and told to get out. we were shocked by a 10am check out. we travel a lot and that’s not normal. 11am is the earliest i would expect. we were disappointed by this and won’t return

Key reasons I won’t stay in the Belmont room 202 again: - No A/C. The room was warm and stuffy in August. The windows only open a crack, so it was impossible to cool the room at night. - No parking. We arrived during an event, and it took 20 minutes to find a spot. There are no loading zones near the hotel. Street parking is limited to 2 hours during the day. - No way to darken the room at night. The curtains are transparent and the glass transom over the door lets in light from the bright fixtures in the hallway. If you like to sleep in a dark room, this is not your place. - Few amenities. No lotion, ice bucket, or even water/wine glasses. (Ironically, there was dish soap and a sponge to clean the utensils that were not provided.) The hotel is in a great location. The room was clean and attractive, and the fridge and bathrobes were nice. However, in my experience, the cons outweighed the pros.
