Better than a hotel, amazing views. River otters live right outside so you get to see the whole family every morning and night, also harbor seals and dolphins as well. Amazing spot

This unit was very smelly upon entry. High levels of mold and mildew. I tried airing it out to no avail. At 2:45 am after my service dog was having trouble breathing , panting continuously all evening long I found the sources of some of the smells. Photographed full damp rid bags that were MOLDY in every closet. Entry way, br 1, br2 all bags, full of mold. Over powering VOC’s odors from Dryer sheets, cleaning chemicals throughout the entire home. Still didn’t cover the mildews and mold smells from the whole unit.
