I loved the stone stairway but it was slippery and covered with leaves making it a bit challenging for my elderly father. The guest mode tv and internet took a bit of getting used to, figuring out all the remotes was interesting as well. Beautiful deck and back yard as well as the view of Sinclair Inlet, all around nice and clean place.
Great view day and night. Quiet area. Easy to find. House was well equipped and organized.
The location was perfect for my out of town guests. The view of the Sjnclair Inlet and the Olympic Mountains impressed them greatly!!
Enjoy the beautiful sunsets!!!
100 Tracy Ave is as pictured. Spacious house in quiet neighborhood. Be forewarned there are big rocks you have to climb up/down to get to house. This is something to consider if you have elderly or small children.
This was our first visit to Port Orchard, and we really loved the town. We visited the Farmer's Market, some really nice restaurants, and had fun riding the ferry to Bremerton. Our dog really loved the fenced in back yard. As for the house itself, the primary suite is quite large though sadly there is no water view from that bedroom. And note that there is no door on the primary bedroom, though it's private enough by virtue of the fact that it is the only room upstairs. The second bedroom (and TV/spare room) are downstairs and share a full bathroom. There is a half-bath on the main floor, which we found very convenient. The stairs from the parking area to the front door are made of giant slabs of rock and are 1) beautiful and 2) uneven. The railings could be made stronger to give a sense of security coming down. Even though the A/C is simply comprised of 2 window units, they kept the house remarkably cool during a 90-degree weekend. The ceiling fan in the primary bedroom was great, too. We LOVED the piano and played and sang every day. Thank you!
