The coffee maker will be everyone's best friend in the mornings and the breakfast bar adds three dining spaces if the six-person dining table comes up short. The first floor also offers a laundry room with a washer/dryer combo, one bedroom, one bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and access to the enclosed yard. The yard is a great place to hang out and enjoy a sunny evening. There you'll have four patio chairs and a private gas grill if you feel inspired enough to surprise your friends with a barbecue. Back inside, climb up the stairs to reach the upper level of the home where you'll find two more bedrooms and a full bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a convenient balcony with two comfortable chairs. What's nearby: This beach house is within walking distance to public beach access and conveniently located near Seabrook for dining and entertainment. The Pacific Beach State Park is one mile away, and if you'd like to explore the surrounding area and take in scenic views, you'll have Sheahan Trail nearby as well. Things to know: No cable High-speed internet and free WiFi, perfect for working from home, distance learning, and streaming.

Quiet 2-story beach-adjacent cottage. Sleeps 8 total within 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Efficient kitchen. Well suited for family extended families with children/teens.

This house looks nothing like the photos! It needs attention! Carpet is dirty, stained & rumpled. Walls are badly soiled. Light out over the stove and only 1 fry pan that was so badly stained, it needed to be thrown away! 6 of us stayed 4 days, and they gave us only 2 1/2 rolls of thin, single ply toilet paper and only 1 garbage bag! The bed downstairs squeaks/grates every time you move or sit on it. Dining cushion covers are filthy. "No smoking," however cigarette butts were all over the parking area. There are weeds growing everywhere, and the backyard is useless, due to never being mowed. You must use a 10 digit code every time you enter or lock the door, which is ridiculous! There are many wonderful beach houses in the area to rent. This is not one of them. The photos are very misleading. This home needs some serious work!
