The Angle Inn is a relaxing, well-appointed waterfront retreat that guests describe as ideal for family getaways and quiet escapes. The home is bright, cozy, exceptionally clean, and comfortably equipped for preparing meals. Its convenient setting offers an easy walk to nearby shops, restaurants, and markets. Expansive windows and a welcoming deck showcase spectacular water views, sunrises, waves, and frequent sightings of seals, otters, birds, and other sea life.

Overview

The single-level floor plan is open, with one side of the great room occupied by the kitchen, where you'll find stainless steel appliances (including a French-door refrigerator and a dishwasher) and a circular dining room table. On the other side is a living room with comfortable seating and a smart TV. Outside on the wrap-around deck, you can grill in the sunshine, dine overlooking the water, or even descend a few stairs for a brisk swim in Hood Canal. And if you choose to stroll to Hoodsport's restaurants, shops, and conveniences less than half a mile up the road, you'll come home to the comforts of free WiFi and a private washer/dryer to take care of all your laundry needs. Fall and winter are prime time for scuba diving. Two full-service dive shops are within walking distance and can cater to any diver regardless of experience level. An underwater diver’s park can be found just outside the house. Orcas have been known to visit the canal during the colder months. Feel free to use the shed to store scuba gear or outdoor toys/equipment. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Guests have access to the shed on the property using the house key. Great for hanging scuba gear to dry or storing coolers, bikes, kayaks, etc.

Beautiful view, campfire on the beach, full moon, great getaway! When the tide was up we felt like we were living on a boat. The water is right there, wonderful!

My wife and I had a lovely time staying here. The weather was perfect, plenty of local sites to visit, and we enjoyed watching the harbor seals right in front of the home. We look forward to coming back.

This place is exactly as described and provided the perfect home base to explore Hoodsport and the surrounding communities, as well as Olympic National Park. We stayed for a week and never tired of watching the fish jumping, seals swimming by, and all types of birds filling the sky. At high tide it feels like you're on a boat from the living room as all you can see is the deck and then the water. The amenities are all on point and wine tasting, craft distilling, craft beer, and incredible seafood are less than a 10 minute walk up the road. (Seriosuly check out the Hardware Distillery for a unique and informative tasting of incredible small batch spirits.) The house and surroundings are perfect! We hope to be back soon!

Thanks so much for sharing your home! My family had so much fun! We cooked there (full equipped kitchen), I baked, we played on the beach, we played card games out by the water.. and the best part made a friend- Sealy the Seal who swam right outside the house. 🫶🏽 It was perfect waking up to the waves with the beautiful sun and breeze from the water. That morning view will be missed. This was just the reset our family needed!
