Complete kicthen, very good staff , good location and parking free

Location is the biggest pro, literally in front of the Public Market. Largest con is there is no AC. We stayed in June and it was very hot and stuffy in the unit. There is too much street noise to leave balcony doors open at night and also no screens. The building staff is great and Vacasa responded very promptly to an issue with a leaking kitchen sink. I’d recommend for only two people. We stayed with two adults and two kids. There is no storage space for someone using the pull out sofa. The bathroom is also very small and needs some updates. Mattress is very soft. The balcony is quite large and offers extra seating - view from this unit isn’t awesome but there is a common space you can use with fantastic views. Pool/hot tub and sauna area were nice and well maintained.

The central downtown location, amenities and friendly staff of our Newmark Tower rental were incredible. Free parking and a Target were a one minute elevator ride below while Pike Place Market and dozens of restaurants & shops were a five minute walk away. The bed/bedroom was very comfortable and quiet. No AC, so we had to leave windows cracked during a record summer heatwave, but minus an occasional siren - it's downtown - noise from the street 14 floors below was imperceptible (they provide ear plugs for light sleepers). Throw in a full size pool, Jacuzzi, gym, large BBQ patio and business center to print out documents I needed. The mix of private residents and vacation renters we met were very friendly - probably because they're all so happy to be there.
