Stay at the Bay

We've stayed at quite a few condo's in Birch Bay; but this was our favorite. The extra loft upstairs with the big bed was a nice surprise. The kitchen was well stocked. The bedding was comfortable and there were many towels and extra bedding available. We loved being up on a balcony; it is a great view while BBQ'ing and relaxing. There was plenty of things to do for teenagers, they swam in the huge indoor pool and played in the game rooms. Birch Bay is safe enough they were also allowed to walk on the new path to the store. No complaints

Location was perfect - we enjoyed our stay but recommend a few tweaks. Downstairs bathroom - toilet inside upper rim pretty black , very noticeable during a bath. The shower handle - again very dirty and easy fix by popping off top and cleaning inside . Dishwasher wound benefit from deep clean,we only used it the once but smells pretty bad. Deck- needs some TLC- we swept so we could sit out there. The railings also needed some love. Thank you for having us, it still was a good stay at a beautiful location I would still recommend this apt. I also thought checkout was at 11, we were pretty much packed up and first load of laundry done when the lovely lady knocked on door, but we did end up leaving a little late

The view was lovely.

This space is perfectly located in the main strip, didn't need to drive anywhere. Gorgeous view of the water from the balcony. Very cozy gas fireplace on the balcony for watching the sunset. Comfy beds. Every thing you need in the kitchen. Appreciate the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. This was our second stay and will stay again.

Great spot for us and our two kids. Kitchen had good amenities (sharp knives!!!!) and fast WiFi. Great location next to the beach. Community pool was a fun added bonus. Would totally go back.
