Our stay at this property was excellent. Early check‑in was much appreciated, and the host communicated promptly. The home was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with reliable Wi‑Fi, a generous backyard, and a convenient walk to Puget Sound. University Place proved to be a beautiful and relaxing location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the future.

We stayed at this home for our annual Chambers Bay tournament and it exceeded every expectation. Only a 5 min drive to the course. Home had plenty of room for four guys, clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our Rowandale. This is our 2nd time renting this property. The place is clean, beds comfortable. It is close to Chambers Bay and we had some sunshine, so we took a nice walk there overlooking the golf course and sound. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this again for next year!
