West Seattle Urban Oasis

There were 4 of us and we were very comfortable here with space to stretch out. The place is actually made to sleep up to 6 people and the photos are very accurate. We were concerned that we'd be away from all "the action" but this place seemed to be no more than a 10-20min drive to all the places we wanted to go to Downtown, Ballard, Pike's Market, the Needle, SeaTac, Snonomish River, Tacoma, etc... I'm not sure if we were just lucky, but we never hit any traffic that we expected to. Aside from the Akli Beach area, there is a Trader Joes market and Tiki Bar/Bowling alley very close which was a bonus! It was great to have multiple hair dryers and access to the washer and dryer for a load of clothes. While we were checking in my son stayed back to take a call. The place is a little tricky to find as you go down a very skinny walkway. I guess a neighbor thought my son was a burglar because he was looking for us so she called the cops. I read from another review that this was not the first time. The police were very nice and we had a good laugh about it. On the other hand, the gal that lives to the Right when you are facing the front door was extremely helpful. She greeted us and showed us where the place was, how to park and when the trash came. Kudos to her! Although we didn't cook, the kitchen seemed well stock enough to do so. The only thing I would add would be a small table and chairs to enjoy the rooftop- especially with the great summer weather we had. If stairs are an issue for you, you may want to consider that although 2 bedrooms and a full bath are downstairs, you will need to go upstairs to be in the kitchen/living room area, and then another set for the 3rd bedroom. I really liked it and would stay here again.

I pride myself on being an honest person, so with that being said, I/we loved the house however we did not like that one of the bedrooms did not have a tv and the rooftop had absolutely zero furniture so you cannot enjoy the had outdoor space. The only other thing was the wi-fi had issues during our stay. Other than that, the home is lovely and the neighborhood is great except for the apartment complex across the street. Oh and I almost forgot, one of the neighbors isn't very nice and is extremely nosey. You cannot smoke so we would walk out in the alleyway and she would stare at us out of her window and she even had the audacity to call the cops who came and abruptly left as they saw it was a waste of their time. I would book again so don't let her deter you!!!

Great location in West Seattle. Only 15 minutes to downtown. Near Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods. Nice balcony; clean and comfortable!

Lots of space in this home and close to shops & restaurants.

Came to town for a trip with business partners. This place was great from top to bottom and the exact size we needed. The balcony and rooftop were added bonuses for a good cup of coffee in the morning. We all loved the convenience to downtown Seattle and other parts of the area. We never felt secluded or too far away from food options, the beach or any attractions. Highly recommended!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this Vacasa property in West Seattle! The home is beautiful, well-maintained, and exceeded our expectations in every way. One of the standout features was the convenience and location—there’s on-site parking, which made everything so easy, and the home is close to everything you could need. We attended a Mariners game, spent time near Alki Beach, and enjoyed nearby walking trails and restaurants—all within walking distance or a very short drive. The rooftop is incredible—a perfect place to relax and take in the surroundings. Inside, the home is fully equipped with fast, reliable WiFi and a great TV setup, which made it easy to unwind after a full day exploring. Getting to downtown Seattle was also super convenient—just about a 5-minute drive or an easy commute via public transportation. Overall, this property offers the perfect combination of comfort, location, and amenities. We truly felt at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!
