Island Cottage

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful home. It was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked, especially for a rental property. There was plenty of space for our family, and the friends who would join us for dinner. Would absolutely stay here again!

The house was perfect for our family. The beach access was a great addition to our visit as well.

Great place with helpful separate temperature controls for different rooms. Nice neutral easy style in this cottage.

The house is great. Very clean, fully stocked, and in a quiet neighborhood. Communications were also very responsive. I cannot give full stars though, because all three bedrooms are upstairs. In the warm summer months these rooms collect a lot of heat. The house does not have a central air system, so the upstairs bedrooms lack air flow. The master bedroom is the worst because it has a large window and a door that goes out to a small deck. But both have single pane windows that do not open up. Due to this I had to keep the outside door to the deck open all night long to keep cool. (there is no screen on the door) I would suggest replacing the master bedroom window with a double hung or a slider and adding an air conditioner. Without it I don’t see how you could sleep during the hot summer months. But the house would be just fine outside of July-September.

We had a wonderful stay!! The house and location were very conveniently located to the beach, restaurants and the grocery. The general amenities, quality linens, appliances were all great and we felt right a home. The worst thing was having to leave, but we will definitely come back.

The yard was very nice, beautiful flowers.
