You'll be one mile from Whatcom Falls Park and only a few miles more from Sudden Valley Golf Course and other recreation areas on the lakeshore. This is also a great spot for day trips, with the Lummi Island Ferry (20 miles), the Anacortes Ferry (37 miles), and Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest (40 miles) all close by. Step inside to find a living space full of mid-century flair, with an abundance of natural light streaming in through floor-to-ceiling windows. After a day out and about, you can curl up on the sofa with a good book, stream a favorite movie on the smart TV, and flip on the gas fireplace for some added warmth and coziness. The kitchen is equipped with every essential, including stainless steel appliances and an eat-in dining table. After dinner each evening, head downstairs to the den to find another gas fireplace, another smart TV, and access to the backyard and patio. We were in Bellingham for my daughter‘s graduation from the university. The house is in a lovely neighborhood, centrally located and worked perfectly for us to gather, make meals and be together. The kitchen is fairly well stocked with all cooking necessities and the beds were comfortable. It has a lovely backyard surrounded by large trees and well maintained grass. Our biggest disappointment was that there was no outdoor furniture of any kind for us to enjoy the yard in the beautiful weather.

We stayed at this home while visiting our college student. It was the perfect location, close to grocery store, restaurants & I-5. The neighborhood is very quiet. The home is well-loved & cozy. The shower/bathtub in the one full bath is on the older side & the flooring throughout the house is very worn. That being said, it was very clean & the space for the nightly price is incredible.

This is such a beautiful, quiet home and neighborhood. It was the perfect getaway for my boyfriend and I. I will say, if you have back problems the beds aren’t your best friend. Other than that, this is a wonderful home to take a peaceful break in!
