We loved staying in lake Sutherland retreat, as a family with 3 boys were in heaven, boys had lake swimming, kayaks, paddle boards, adults had the beautiful views out to the lake and spaces to chill out. We had lots of space, beds were comfy and kitchen was fully equipped. We would definitely stay again!

We had a lovely week at this house. It was clean, well-appointed, and a great size for our family. We went kayaking, we swam, we watched the World Cup, we grilled and hung out. It was very relaxing and we 100% recommend the location to anyone looking for a spot that's both great on its own and good as a launch point to explore the Olympic National Park. The only reason this is a four for us is that there's not a dining room table in the house. I didn't notice that in the photos (didn't even think about it). It's not a showstopper as there's space on the counter and tables outside - but it's good to know in advance.

This was a much needed and amazing, relaxing stay. The view was so peaceful and a great way to start any morning. From the perfect view, to fresh coffee, to relaxing on the deck, going kayaking, spending our days on the Olympic trails, and enjoying this beautiful area. We could tell the owner added thoughtful touches with us in mind including the beautiful gift basket. Love having the board games also. One of the best stays we have had. Very clean, roomy and comfortable. We cannot wait to come back again. Thank you for all the added touches to make our stay so much better than expected. We also appreciate being able to bring our four legged family member. She seemed pretty happy too.

View is better than expected. Location to water is ideal. Gateway to the Olympic Peninsula, and all of the sites in the Olympic national Park. Easy access and entry. Generous amenities. Well stocked. Impeccably clean. Would definitely stay again.

This is a wonderful home with a great view of the lake. All the amenities were provided. They only complaint I have is the lack of cleanliness. Bedding needs to be cleaned better, and a stronger vacuum is needed to get all the dog hairs.
