Oceanview Oasis

The house was very clean but it needs some owner TLC. It served our purpose very well but there were some very fixable irritations. Power didn't work to the TV etc. There is a really nice walk to a very pleasant beach.

We had a great time! The walk to the beach was fun. We saw the whales come through and found sand dollars, starfish, even a stingray!

The house is a great family house, would also work well for couples. It has a beautiful view. The problem we had was lack of communication with Vacasa. We reported issues with an electrical and garbage problem immediatley and told a local team member would be in touch and received nothing. Reported it 2 more times and told a local team member would be in touch, we never heard from anyone. I looked up previous reviews and saw that the people before us had reported the exact same issues and received no response as well. The house on the surface was clean but I feel a little extra time on cleaning is needed.

Good path to the beach. Clean and safe. The place overall was nice and it was clean. The bedrooms clean. The things that didn't make it ideal were. Only 1 working outdoor chair. The other two were broken laying on the deck. Two huge trees block the view of the ocean. You can see it to the side when you are outside. The beds were extremely hard and I ended up in pain most nights and had to leave a night early. And you have one wine glass and not others. We had gotten this on VRBO so we may write a review there. The check-in and out was seemless.

This is our second time renting this house. It's a 10-15 minute walk to the beautiful and usually quiet beach. The house is comfortable, conveniently located, and has a beautiful view of the creek and even a distant ocean view. It's a little expensive for what it is, but what isn't these days. We will likely come back.

We enjoyed the house and found clean and comfortable. Great views of the Beach and a short walk to the beach.
