Come home from a morning on the beach, a kayaking excursion, pickle ball court, or an exploration of the Olympic Peninsula to toss the day's clothes in the private washer/dryer and both prepare and eat dinner with an incredible view. Bring your coffee and dessert outside to the deck, and settle in for a good show or a movie in either the loft or the downstairs den. This water-view home is located on Squamish Harbor in the peaceful community of Port Ludlow, where you'll be just two miles down the road from Shine Tidelands State Park, a great place for fishing, harvesting shellfish, birding, kayaking, and walking the beach. The small town of Port Ludlow is six miles north, where you'll find the marina, the Port Ludlow Golf Club, and the Village Market for your convenience. And if you're looking to explore this lovely part of the Olympic Peninsula even further, you'll find the charming Victorian town of Port Townsend only 22 miles north. Things to Know The Internet has been known to be intermittent, due to the area and provider. We are actively working with the owner and the provider to see what steps may be taken for improvement. In the meantime, please do not expect to rely on a high-speed connection. The internet service provided is best for intermittent email usage only and not for anything more involved than that. I had family visit from out of town and we wanted to have a comfortable stay and a view. This place definitely delivers both! Beautiful view, easy to get to, and very well stocked house! No complaints, loved it and very well may came back!

Loved the location (although traffic was a little loud depending on the time of day). Easy host and company to deal with. Easy to find and in a quiet location. Loved the BBQ griddle, lots of parking and plenty of space to sleep. Multiple locations for hanging out - there were always different pockets of conversations in these separate locations. Plenty of kitchen supplies, pots, pans, cups, utensils, etc.

The house was well designed and spacious. It was in a great setting with fabulous views of the Hood Canal and direct water access via stairs. Many attractions are located within 30 to 60 minutes. We would go there again. However, some improvements are needed including internet connectivity, inoperable garage door, ice maker replacement, weed mitigation within the lawn, and general home touch up. There was a fair amount of noise from the nearby highway, but it wasn’t a big problem for us. The pluses of the property outweighed the negatives to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. A real plus was that they allowed our daughters to bring their small dogs.
