I told the app we would be checking in between 12 midnight and 2 am. AFTER I was charged for the room, I received a notice that my check in time was rejected. I tried several times to find out when I could check IN, but all I received were replies about when I could check OUT. (Probably AI) The room was clean adequately sized, except the bathroom which was quite small. The table and chairs were nice to have, as well as a generously sized refrigerator and microwave. There is no toaster. The coffee maker is Keurig, which I always find confusing. (You have to put the pod in when the device is on, otherwise it won't brew.) The door locks were very difficult to operate. I have a different Schlage model which is 100 times easier! Neighbors were also have problems with the locks.

We enjoyed our stay in #10! The room was exactly as pictured on the listing. It was clean and plenty spacious for my family of 4. It was a little strange to not have a sink in the kitchen area, but since we only stayed for one night we managed. For a longer stay, this would have been challenging. It's a super quiet place that feels like you're in the forest, which made for a great, relaxing getaway! My only complaint is that the hotel calls itself pet-friendly, but the pet fee was $186. This is significantly more than the room rate for the night! Simply allowing pets doesn't make you a pet-friendly hotel, especially if the cost for bringing your pet is prohibitively expensive. Why would I pay more to bring my pet than to bring my entire family. It was frustrating! I expect to pay a fee for bringing my pet, but not nearly $200!

our room was very clean, beds were comfortable, bathroom was nice and clean just wish we would have access to a few more towels. the fridge and microwave came in handy had plenty of room to hang up our clothes if needed. would definitely stay again if we return to the area.
